Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By booking a shoot with Cloudpire Photography Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

All photography, video, and drone services are performed as described in the service descriptions on this website. Final deliverables are provided digitally via Dropbox or Google Drive.

3. Payment

Payment is due on delivery of the final edited files unless a separate agreement has been made in writing.

4. Usage Rights

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered images and video for property marketing purposes including MLS, social media, print, and web. Images remain the intellectual property of Cloudpire Photography Services.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a shoot are rescheduled without charge. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a rebooking fee.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
